I study how organizational leaders and entrepreneurs develop innovation-driven business ecosystems to transform the prospects of disadvantaged individuals, empowering them to mobilize resources, access opportunities, build leverage, amplify impact, and shape the future economy. My research examines questions at the intersections of leadership, entrepreneurship, morality, and technology and work. I use complementary methods, including field and lab/online experiments, field surveys, large-scale archival data, and computational text analysis.
